Frequently asked questions
RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns on standard size photography prints up to 11x14.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- photo note cards
- acrylic blocks
- custom orders of any kind
If you want to make a return, you must contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and return your product(s) within 30 days.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the product(s) back in original condition I will issue a refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If your product was damaged in transit, photographic documentation clearly showing the damage is required before I will replace your order.
You must contact me within 3 business days from the time of delivery.
WRONG ADDRESS
Your order will ship to the address listed in your Etsy receipt. Please make sure it is the correct address. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, shipping will be charged again.
COLOR VARIATIONS
Please note that every computer monitor colors differently. Additionally, images viewed on monitors & screens are backlit and therefore can appear brighter than they actually are in person.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
I do not offer any of my photographs in a digital format. They are only available to purchase as hard copy prints.
COPYRIGHT
All images and products in this shop are property of ©simply me kb photography. Using them in any way without permission is a strict violation of copyright law.
INTERNATIONAL
If you are an international customer please message me to create a custom order with shipping specific to your location. Buyer will be responsible for customs charges.
